Committees of The Board of DirectorsBased on the restructuring of the Board in its new session, the committees were reconfigured in accordance with the bylaws of the committees affiliated to the Board of Directors. The committees were formed according to the following:

Strategic Directions Committee:

 

  • Dr. Theeb bin Tarhib Al-Mutairi
  • Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Shamlan

 

Senior Supporters Relations Committee :

 

  • Eng. Musaed bin Yahya Al-Saleem
  • Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Qartoun
  • Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Majmaj

 

Sustainability Committee :

 

  • Nizar bin Hamad Al-Harkan
  • Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Sikhan

 

Institutional Performance Development and Governance Committee :

 

  • Dr. Khaled bin Saleh Al-Shibl
  • Dr. Yusuf bin Abdullah Al-Bathi
  • Dr. Nizar bin Saleh Al-Shuwaiman

 

 

Provided that the chairman of each committee is determined and the working members of the committee are nominated from outside the board. The work of the committees must be started according to the tasks assigned to them and the operational plan for the work of the committees for the year 2023 should be prepared in accordance with the initiatives of the Board of Directors in the strategic plan.
